The apartment is located in the Arabia district near the hotel Arabia. Near shops, cafes, pharmacies, public transport, local cuisine. Carrefour Supermarket. Close to the new Marina.
The building in which the apartment is well-groomed and is nice garden. For our guest's there's a swimming pool with a separated one for childrens, sun beds, a TV satellite connection.
